Is there a minimum order volume? +

How do orders get to you? Do you integrate with Shopify? +
Yes. Orders reach us through a Shopify connection, our order API (Odoo and custom stores), a CSV upload, WhatsApp, or by booking them in your client portal, whatever fits your workflow.
How does COD work? +
The rider collects the cash at the door and every collection is logged against the parcel. Your customer gets a WhatsApp before we arrive with the amount to keep ready, which cuts down refused and failed deliveries. COD is paid out to you within 48 hours.
What happens with returns? +
Returned orders are inspected, logged, and sellable units go back into your stock count, visible in your portal. A return never silently disappears from your inventory numbers.

Ji haan. Shaam 4 baje se pehle book karein to parcel usually usi din deliver ho jata hai. Baaqi har parcel 24 ghante ke andar.

Customer se collect kiya hua cash 48 ghante ke andar aap ko de diya jata hai.
Kya aap mera stock apne warehouse mein rakh sakte hain? +
Ji haan. Aap ka stock hamare Karachi warehouse mein rehta hai, order aate hi hum pack karke deliver karte hain. Warehousing aur pick & pack ka rate aap ke product size aur monthly orders par depend karta hai. Quote ek din mein mil jata hai.
